Given the modern times our minds are filled to the brim with content and distractions are plentiful. It can be very hard to achieve our desired goals. One of my life goals is to be full of vitality, abundance, and vibrancy!
In order to achieve my desired goal I need to be mentally, physically, and spiritually aligned. The image below outlines my eating habits in which I have adapted to over the last eleven years.
Eleven years sounds like a long time however things worth while take time and depending on how badly you want it you may invariably be able to speed things up.

JILLIAN’S ABUNDANCE DIET = EAT THIS AND THRIVE
FRUITS: Fresh whole fruits, unsweetened, frozen.
DAIRY SUBSTITUTES: Nut Milks such as almond milk, rice milk, brazil nut milk , hemp seed milk.
NON-GLUTEN GRAINS + STARCH: Brown rice, Millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat
ANIMAL PROTEIN: Cold-water fish : salmon & trout
VEGETABLE PROTEIN: Lentils, legumes, beans, split peas
NUTS + SEEDS: Raw + Unsalted, Walnuts, pumpkin, sunflower, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, cashews, nut ans seed butters
VEGETABLES: All vegetables are fair game, eat them fresh, raw, steamed, sauteed, juiced, roasted
OILS: Cold-pressed olive, coconut, flax, sesame, almond, sunflower, pumpkin, walnut
DRINKS: Filtered water, white tea, green tea, herbal teas, coconut water
SWEETENERS: Raw+ real honey, maple syrup, 70% dark chocolate
CONDIMENTS: Vinegar, all spices, sea salt, dried peper, basil, raw cacao, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, curry, ginger, garlic, cumin, dill, thym, rosemary, parsley, oregano, mustard
