This delicious smoothie filled with almond milk, creamy almond butter, hemp seeds, strawberries, and sweet cherries provide both carbohydrates and protein, everything you need to start your morning right. Add a touch of maple syrup if you like your smoothies on the sweeter side.
INGREDIENTS //
1 scoop of Trader Joe’s Super Green Drink Dry Mix (or if you don’t have a green drink dry mix – toss in one hand full of spinach)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 ½ Tablespoons Almond Butter
3/4 Cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
½ Tablespoon Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
4 Frozen Cherries
4 Frozen Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana (before you freeze your bananas make sure you cut them up into chunks)
