THE POWER OF HEALTHY EATING + SO MUCH MORE
We have heard it a million times that healthy eating can change your life. However, more than not we can find ourselves in a rut eating the same foods and wondering if there will ever be a time when we can shed that 10, 20, or 30 lb’s of extra weight.
The truth is sure healthy eating is powerful beyond measure. It can re-build you cellular structure, reverse diagnosis, cure and prevent diseases. However, what you won’t hear anyone talking about is that in order to transform your life from weighed down and low energy to feeling free and vibrant is this secret.
DESIRE + SUCCINCT GOAL
You must desire it first and know that a vibrant, liberating, highly energizing life is within your reach today. One must start with the mind and your desire to obtain one succinct goal.
MIND = KEY TO DESTINY
When I was a kid my loving grandfather Richard J. Podell always used to tell me, “Jillian, if you think you can, then you can.” I would respond something like, “Grandpa but what do you mean by thinking something up?, he would respond, “Your mind holds the key to your destiny. Your mind is in charge of your thoughts, actions, and destiny. If you think about positive things and act upon those thoughts in a positive way you will have a full and positive life.”
This was some deeply profound shit. As a kid I really wanted to understand what the true meaning of this was. It took me thirteen years to fully realize the true meaning of the words he said to me. Now, at twenty-six years old his wise words make complete sense.
WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT GROWS
After touring the world with The Bergamot and flourishing from New York City I now know,“what you think about grows.”
When you want to loose ten pounds you must first desire that beyond all things you must obtain your definite goal. You must do this with all of your will, might, actions, and above all mind.
BURNING DESIRE + AFFIRMATION
Once you desire it you must set forth a exact deadline as to when you wish to reach that goal. Then the exact amount of weight you wish to loose. After you have decided those two things you must write out your desires into one comprehensive sentence.
By August 21st 2015, I will loose 12 lbs. I will sacrifice eating refined sugars and bread and I will reach this weight loss goal of weighing 136 lbs. by August 21st, 2015.
Every night before bed read your affirming sentence. In the morning, read your sentence, mid-day read your sentence and build all of your actions during your days around obtaining your definite goal.
The key is that you must have faith to see it before you have it. Visualized you looking fit and vitality filled. Hang out with people who are fit, cut out photos of fit women and post them up on a Vision board.
Take photos of yourself in which you might be 10 lbs. lighter and post those up on the board. Remember to be kind to yourself.
Love yourself. Do not judge yourself or compare yourself to others we are all on our own journey that has its own unique joys, struggles, challenges and fulfillment’s.
FEED YOUR MIND VITALITY AND THE REST WILL FALL INTO PLACE
Feed your mind positive words, positive images, positive thoughts, positive affirming words.
